Kiet’s favourite space

Esther's son name room

This is Kiet’s room – the winning entry of the My Space competition we ran in issue 4 of LMNOP. Inspired by Jeu de Paume’s Children’s Rooms book series, we asked readers to send us a photograph of their child’s favourite space. After much debate, the team at LMNOP chose Esther’s photo of her son’s room. See more pictures of Kiet’s favourite space here.

Jeu de Paume is a small group of Japanese publishers who collaborate with artists and designers in Europe to explore their creative work and living spaces. This series celebrates spaces that children inhabit and are full of inspiration to create your own nostalgic indoor playground.

Thanks to everyone who entered and congratulations to Esther and her son Kiet, for their winning entry. A copy of Children’s Rooms Stockholm is making it’s way to you in the post Esther!
