The best advice she gave me is that life can change so quickly. So always make the best of it and try to see the positive side of any situation.

Lying with all heads together on one pillow, reading a book … with their eyes poring all over the illustrations and enjoying the moment!

I’m happiest at home on a Sunday afternoon outside with the kids playing around us.

LMNOP: What’s your favorite family vacation spot?
Byron Bay. We were married at Wategos so it’s a special place for us. The boys love the water, walking and just being out amongst it all … we love the light, food, markets and the general happy vibe.

I’m a good listener, straight talker and hard working … we will keep going to get the job done!

Moderation, be firm and consistent.

I have two fabulous children, a girl Jali 5 and a boy Kai 1.

I love drawing with them and its always fun to kick the soccer ball around too.

When my kids make me laugh so hard I make funny noises because I cant breathe, HAHA.

Sadly there hasn’t been any time for family vacations, Itch takes up way too much of my time, but if I pretend … it would start with the ocean and end with an ice-cream.

LMNOP: How are you most like your own mother?
My mum and I are like chalk and cheese, polar opposites, but I guess I am like her in that I try to do good by people at all times! I believe in paying it forward.

Look both ways before crossing the street.

1. Don’t say anything without meaning it – they will hold you to it.
