A. Monster Couture
LMNOP got it’s first look at Cocoon Couture’s new line for boys, Monster Couture. The range includes two main characters, Captain Shaggy and Bat Star, and they’re available in bean bags, drawstring back packs, as well as a fun Spooky Forest library bag.

B. Lyra
Check out these groovy new pencils from Lyra. The Groove pencil encourages children to hold a pencil correctly right from the start. Perfect for left and right-handers, this pencil has a natural grip-zone and even has a place to write your name. Available in graphit and colour.

C. Latitude Enfant
Meet The Poupinettes, Lilou and her friends Lola and Laly. These pint-size cloth dolls caught our eye at the show and its easy to see why. Each of them has a delicate face, different coloured hair and they all wear pretty outfits which can be removed easily by little hands.

D. Love
We really liked this new brooch design from Love. Bouncing Boy and Girl. How sweet are their faces!

E. Geografia
New from Japan at Telegram’s stand was the Sectional Globe. It’s an assembly-required globe that is designed to replicate the exact tilt of the earth’s axis. That won’t matter to your 5 year-old, but the fact that he can colour it in will. This clever stationery product is bound to make it into LMNOP’s 2009 Ultimate Holiday Gift Guide later this year.

F. Lisa Jones Cards
New this season from UK artist, Lisa Jones is a sweet collection of birthday cards for children ages 1-5. These lovely cards incorporate hand-finished details and are all silkscreen-printed by Lisa herself. The charming elephant shown above is Bertha.

G. Ruby Luxe
Children’s jewellery has become a popular trend this year, but we’ve not seen much of it here in Australia yet. That’s about to change with the arrival of newcomer, Ruby Luxe; a unique brand of beautifully designed jewellery and accessories for girls. Among our favourites were the Red Apple Tree necklace, (shown above) and the Mouse pendant on cord. We’ll show you more Ruby Luxe jewellery in our up-coming issue of LMNOP.

H. Miss Beba
Miss Béba showed a beautifully crafted baby and childrenswear collection at Kids Instyle last week. Refined and neat, each piece is handmade with an exquisite selection of Liberty fabrics. These stylish, functional pieces are great layering outfits that will work in any season.

I. Chook Leaf
Chook Leaf have recently extended their bright, soft leather footwear range to pre-walkers. The Crown style shown above was definitely our favourite shoe from the new range.

J. Crealamp
This is such a great idea. Your child’s drawing becomes a lamp shade with CreaLamp. It’s a freestanding light, which can also be mounted to a wall, used to display colourful masterpieces and cherished photographs. CreaLamp is not available in Australia yet, but will be here soon. We’ll keep you posted on where you can purchase one.
