Our Editor-in-Chief, Jenny Lacey made this birthday cake for her son this weekend. He’s mad for playing pinball at the moment, so it was no surprise to us that he requested an arcade style pinball cake for his birthday.

Jenny enlisted the help of regular LMNOP contributor, Nadine Ingram. Her renowned bakery, Cookie Couture supplied the fun gingerbread cookies and icing sugar embellishments for the cake top. It took just over a day and a half to create and boy was it delicious!
