Tokyo Travels
Window shopping in Ginza.
Today we’re sharing some photos from our recent trip to Tokyo. We hit the streets of Ginza and Shibuya whilst we were there – here’s a quick look at some of the great things we saw…
Check out the beautiful ballerina's holding up the glass tabletops.
Eye candy is everywhere in the Ginza district.
Colourful windows at the Wako Department Store.
Tokyo’s exclusive Wako Department Store always has amazing window displays. The giant heart frames shown above were made from white wire mesh. Small fabric squares have then been wedged into the holes to create a petal effect. We were inspired!
A giant Chupa Chups vending machine at the entrance of Hakuhinkan Toy Park.
One of the highlights of our visit to Ginza was spotting this Chupa Chups vending machine at the entrance of Hakuhinkan. Very cool!
100X100 Exhibition at Tokyu Hands.
We were sure to stop by Tokyu Hands to check out what was new. The store in Ginza was exhibiting 100X100: an amazing architectural model accessories installation by Teradadesign Architects. The tiny people (made from light card stock) shown in the photos below only stand 18 mm tall. The miniature scenes were truly spectacular. See how the installation was created here.
A close-up of the tiny world on display at Tokyu Hands.
Three-dimensional animal cards by EDU.
Colourful gear for a rainy day.
Animag card stands at Tokyo Hands.
These magnetic animals were a real find. Available in every species imaginable, they split in half and can hold a card or photo. Cute desk accessory.
Superhero action at popular children's store Stomp Stamp.
Hope you had fun checking out some of our Tokyo finds. We’ll save the rest for up-coming issues of LMNOP Magazine.
The LMNOP crew would like to thank Japan Airlines and The Westin Tokyo in Ebisu for making our trip so comfortable. If you’re traveling to Japan anytime soon, don’t forget to take our travel guide with you.

Did you notice they were the map of the world – you can easily make out Australia and New Zealand? :)
