Popbar opened its first location in the West Village last week to New Yorkers who were keen to try a new array of handcrafted, authentic gelato on a stick. Made fresh daily in-house using all-natural ingredients, popbars come in three yummy varieties: popGelato; popSorbetto; and popYogurt. These kid-friendly treats are preservative-free, made with 100% real fruit, and are portable and easy to eat!

A visit to popbar could easily fill an afternoon. Your kids can watch the “Popologists” at work in the popLab as they create small batches of 24 popbars at a time, customizing each one by mixing and matching flavors, dips and toppings.

And if none of the 300 popbars on display take your child’s fancy, they can design their own myPop at the Custom Bar. More Popologists are on hand to coat, dip, double-dip and drizzle popbars with whatever your little ice cream fan desires.
