10×10 Project: Jenny Lacey named Creative Leader for 2010

Creative Sydney revealed Sydney’s next generation of top 100 creative leaders as part of the 10×10 Project last Friday night at The Museum of Contemporary Art. Our own Editor in Chief, Jenny Lacey was named and acknowledged for outstanding creative work in the field of Design and identified as one of 100 creative innovators who contribute to and support the creative culture in Sydney.
A major initiative and event in the Creative Sydney festival calendar this year, the 10×10 Project invited some of Sydney’s most respected creative minds and leaders, including Dinosaur Designs co-founder Liane Rossler, Sass & Bide’s Sarah Jane Clarke and Heidi Middleton, and film critic Margaret Pomeranz to each introduce 10 Sydney-based creatives who inspire their own outstanding work, drawing from film, fashion, music, performance, media, events, architecture, design, advertising and technology.
Meet the 10×10 curators and view the full list of this year’s creative leaders at the 10×10 Project micro-site.

Creative Sydney celebrates the city’s diverse creative talents through an inspiring series of events this week, bringing together local and global leaders to explore the potential of our creative industries. The program will run over ten days during Vivid Sydney, the city’s annual festival of light, music and ideas.
Congratulations also to LMNOP friends Rebecca Wolkenstein, (SOHI Magazine) Lea Walker and Julia Ferguson (Olive’s Friend Pop) who have also been recognized for their outstanding creative talent.
