Moomah Magic
Serene and magical, Moomah is a place that kids love to visit – and Mums don’t want to leave. In fact, many of them would like to move in!

Noah creates a masterpiece at Moomah.
Bright, light, spacious and airy, furnished with rustic furniture and beautiful fabrics, Moomah is a café, art gallery, nature museum and creative play space, all in one. Situated in the heart of Tribeca in New York, it feels like your best friend’s comfortable home – an artistic friend, who understands kids (and adults, too!).
The seasonal menu uses fresh, natural food sourced from local and organic farms, and the coffee is fair trade – of course. And whilst the café is worth a visit for the food and ambience alone, it is the artistic, creative playscape that really appeals. Beautiful natural materials and a range of mediums like sculpting, print-making, painting, singing and music make the art and nature classes a memorable and sensory experience.
The impressive exhibitions are interactive, inspiring, educational and fun, all at the same time. And Moomah’s delightful range of D-I-T kits – Do-It-Together kits – means parents and caregivers can spend real quality time with their child, making clever and fun creations, all in a calm and soothing environment. A visit to Moomah is a magical experience for kids and adults alike. Just make sure you remember to leave!
Moomah offers workshops and classes for both children and adults. Their class schedule is available here.
Moomah is located at 161 Hudson Street. New York, NY 10013.
