Taro Yaguchi’s Origami Studio in Park Slope, NY.
Ever wanted to perfect a paper crane? Just drop into Taro’s Origami Studio in Brooklyn and you’ll have everything you need to become a master of the fold. Run by origami aficionado, Taro Yaguchi, the studio is dedicated to providing a space where creativity is unleashed, one fold at a time.
For just $10, you can drop in for 30 minutes and learn how to craft an origami animal, with stickers, stamps and markers to decorate your creations. Kids can get more involved with classes for 5-12 year olds, and there are beginner and intermediate classes for grown-ups (12 and up) too. And if hosting the best birthday party of 2012 is on your to do list this year, Taro’s studio might just be your perfect venue.
Taro’s Origami Studio is located at 95 Seventh Avenue, (corner of Union St and President St) 2nd Floor, Park Slope, New York. Phone: 718 360 54335.
