The Kamaroi Rudolf Steiner School will host their annual fair today – Sunday, May 20 from 10 to 3pm. This magical festival is high up on LMNOP’s calendar of events to attend, and it gets our vote for Sydney’s most vibrant and enjoyable school fundraising event of the year.

The Kamaroi Fair has grown in to a major community gathering which attracts hundreds of visitors, and involves the school’s children, parents, teachers and friends. Months of preparation goes in to creating this enchanting gala for children and adults to wander – you really won’t want to miss it.

What’s there? Face painting; a giant cake stall; craft activities; t-shirt dyeing; a flying fox; the Mouse House game (our favourite!); pony rides; a treasure hunt; handcrafted prizes; the Beam Bash; and Mini golf. There’s also plenty of entertainment organised for the day, including the beautiful May Queen who tells stories in the playground, puppet show performances for the bigger kids, and live music for the grown-ups to enjoy.
