Sadly in our experience this toy looks cute and is an innovative idea but not so great for the target age group.

The wheels do not stay on when a young child drives it (and what else would they do with it?) and after many repeats of putting the rubber wheels back on, one of the big wheels broke. For a $20 toy it is disappointing. Great idea and our son was so excited by it but the reality wasn't so good.
